PA Judges Jail Kids for Cash

Two Pennsylvania judges have been indicted and have pleaded guilty to federal charges stemming from a scheme where they received cash kickbacks in exchange for sending youthful offenders (some of them 1st-timers)to privately run prisons.

The thought of such corruption/slavery/huge abuse makes me ill, although this does not surprise me.
